cada CaDa, our Business Process Outsourcing arm, is an international Call & Data Centre of Excellence based in Sarajevo.
We have an Irish Business Partner with 25 years experience of the industry which currently employs over 10,000 people. We expect to employ c.1000 highly qualified, multi-lingual young women and men in BiH by 2020.
German is the core language offering but we also offer Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Turkish, Arabic, Italian, French, Russian and English. All of our agents are fluent with local dialects/ natural accents (having been educated in the respective countries). We offer “Bespoke” Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development and management. Local Facilities / IT infrastructure are of the highest standards and quality.
